also serves as a maintenance checklist
by letting you know when a changer
is down or if you are low on coins.

wash location at any time, day or

of your business with the Money Manager.
What
if I have more than one location?
No problem. The Money Manager is designed
to give the same reliable, computerized
report on all of your car wash locations.
This may be done from your home computer
or at your office.
How
often can I run reports?
As often as you like. You can output
a report everyday, once a week or
once a month... whenever you need
to. The advantage of this is that
you can compare past data to current
data. You will be able see when your
equipment has brought in the most
revenue, which will help you in marketing
and promoting your business. Another
advantage of running reports any time
you like is to make sure that your
equipment is in service. The report
will indicate if a piece of equipment
is not working, and it will show you
if your bill ch angers are low or
out of change. The software can also
be setup to automatically call the
sites(s) and download reports at pre-scheduled
times.
What
all can the Money Manager System monitor?
It can monitor all of your bays, vacuums,
vending machines, bill changers and
even doors. You can get a total bay
income as well as a breakdown on each
function, such as the percentage of
amount of soap, rinse or wax used.
Each monitored equipment or function
will show individual totals on a current
and accumulated basis, a grand total
and percentage of use. By having your
doors monitored you will know when
your employees are at work and when
they are not.
How
do I install the Money Manager?
When purchased along with your car
wash equipment, the system is pre-wired
with the exception of your doors and
vacuums. However, the Money Manager
may be installed in your existing
car wash equipment. The hardware on-site
