In early 2002 the late Dr. Phil Konecny and his wife Pam decided to build a state of the art car wash in Las Vegas, Nevada. Over a year was spent in the site search and another to obtain the necessary permits. The site located at 4750 North Decatur Blvd at Lone Mountain, which is a very desirable site. The growth in the area is unbelievable.

Phil passed away in mid 2002 after a bout with Cancer. Pam decided that Phil would want her to complete their plans. Pam although an excellent businesswoman, had no experience in the car wash business. Pam has taken the learn as you go attitude and has left no detail undone.

The new facility which was completed in May, 2004 features a Royal Building finished with a stucco exterior. The facility features six self-serve bays, two Water Wizards, 6 vacuums, 3 combination vacuum fragrance machines, 3 combination vacuum shampooers, electronic vending and Swipe-N-Clean.

The site offers a bonus to pet lovers….it has two dog washes.

An exciting component of this new facility is the deletion of coin acceptors. The facility accepts paper money and credit cards only. This simplifies revenue collection and enhances customer expenditure. This type of facility looks to be the trend of the future.
