Technical Support staff at Jim Coleman Company is committed
to helping our customers and distributors. In order
for you to get to know us and to help guide you when
you need technical support, we have put together the
following list of all of the technical support employee’s
with a picture and area of expertise. We hope this information
is helpful.

Samuel
Graham has worked at JCC for almost a year
and is a part of the Automatic Technical Support team.
Samuel is able to assist customers with troubleshooting
for the Water Wizard’s gantry and pumping equipment.
He is very knowledgeable of the electrical and mechanical
aspects of the Water Wizard.

Al
Mohle is the second member of the Automatic
Technical Support team and he has been an employee at
JCC for 2 1/2 years. Al also provides assistance with
Water Wizard troubleshooting and is able to diagnosis
problems over the phone and walk customers through repairing
the problem.

Both
Samuel and Al have access to all JCC personnel as well
as Electrical and Mechanical engineers to help resolve
any and all Water Wizard problems.

Shaun
Chowdhury works as a System Analyst and a support
technician for the Entry Wizard and Swipe-N-Clean software
and hardware and has done so for the past 3 years. Shaun
also assists with all credit card support issues relating
to both the Entry Wizard and Swipe-N-Clean.

Steven
Weeks has worked at JCC for 5 years and works
as the Entry Wizard Production Manager. Steven assists
with technical calls relating to the Entry Wizard and
is able to provide step by step troubleshooting. Steven
is also involved with managing the Entry Wizard production
schedule.

Todd
Lofton is the newest member of the Entry Wizard
and Swipe-N-Clean technical support team, having worked
at JCC for 10 months. Todd assists with technical support
calls for the software and hardware for both the Entry
Wizard and Swipe-N-Clean as well as repairing damaged
Entry Wizard and Swipe-N-Clean units.

Judge
Mattocks, with his knowledge of the Swipe-N-Clean,
is able to train distributors and their technical staff
on the installation, maintenance and operation of the
Swipe-N- Clean. Judge also provides technical support
over the phone for troubleshooting Swipe-N-Clean problems.

Entry Wizard and Swipe-N-Clean Technical Support staff
are also in constant communication with software engineers
and programmers to acquire more knowledge and to better
serve our customers.

Lonnie
Sepulveda has been an employee at JCC for over
15 years and is very knowledgeable on all aspects of
the Self Serve Equipment. Lonnie assists with technical
calls relating to the service, installation and maintenance
of the Super Saver, Power Pack, Spot Free unit and the
vacuums.

Brian
Tumlinson works as a Changer Technician and
has been a part of the team at JCC for 4 years. Brian
is responsible for repairing damaged or faulty changers
and controllers and also assists with self serve and

Brumbelow has been an employee for 14 years
and he supervises the building of bay marketing meters
for the self serve bays. Along with this, he assists
