Baylor
University’s Institute for Family
Business presents its 15th Annual Texas
Family Business of the Year Award for Large
Family Business to Jim Coleman Company.
Businesses whose families demonstrate a
commitment to each other and to business
continuity, and who are responsive to the
needs of their employees, communities and
the industries were honored in Waco, Texas
on October 28, 2004. More than 100 businesses
across the state were nominated for the
contest.
Family
owned businesses have a strong entrepreneurial
sprit and are a vital part of the backbone

the State of Texas.
To
be recognized by Baylor University as an
outstanding family business among the many
family businesses in the state of Texas
is a tremendous honor for Jim Coleman Company
and for the family members actively involved
in the company.

members, Jim and Lorraine Coleman, Russell
Coleman, Wayne Coleman, Randy Coleman, Annette
